By commissioning me, the client agrees to abide by these terms.
Not following the TOS & not taking time to understand my process may result in dropping the commission, depending on the severity, the potential blacklisting of the client.
CREDIT Do Not claim my work as your own or leave my work uncredited.
REDISTRIBUTION Do not reproduce or redistribute my work.
INTENT/PURPOSE The client must state their intent for any commission works. The work must NOT be used for any other purpose unless discussed and agreed upon beforehand. Example purpose would include: Live streaming, Videos, Promotional Material, Social media icon/avatar/banner usage, etc. I PROHIBIT usage of any of my works in any NFT/blockchain related technologies or AI learning/sampling/training.
PERSONAL/COMMERCIAL USE Do not use personal work for commercial activities. Personal/Commercial use for artwork will be determined and negotiated upon by a case-by-case basis upon applying and reviewing the purpose of commissioned work. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY The client is responsible for: Being Timely & Communicative, Providing good Image References
SLOTS The client must understand the the deadline/slot is not agreed upon until slot confirmation.
SHOWCASING/PRIVACY I reserve the right to showcase the commissioned work on my social media & portfolio and to use the work as samples for commissions. Commissioned work can be requested to be private.
SERVICE REFUSAL I reserve the right to decline or cancel a request at any time if I find the request to be questionable, if I find the client's behavior, communication experience, and/or credibility to be questionable or intolerable.
REVISIONS $100 per revision. Only if work was done by me first. Revisions do not apply to animations or Illust. Animations.
PAYMENT MUST BE UPFRONT, Partial pay is accepted if the starting price is at $500+ ; work will not start til the commission is paid off. Animations are a different story and will be discussed.
REFUND POLICY Refunds will NOT be available for completed works. In the case of refunds for in-progress works, partial refunds are available with pricing based on how much work has been completed. Any refund or cancellation must be discussed. Unfair charge backs(no communication/discussion beforehand) will be outright blacklisted.
50% of the total price will be refunded at sketching phase;
20% of the total price will be refunded at lineart phase;
NO refunds will be given in coloring/background phase, or if commission is finished.
